Data protection

1.RJRI - The Ericeira Real Estate, Lda (hereinafter RJRI), with registered office at Rua Dr Eduardo Burnay, 71, 2655-368 Ericeira and NIPC 514575174 is responsible for processing personal data.

2.If you do not wish to make an anonymous report, we would like to inform you that your personal data that may be collected will be used to follow up and analyse the report made, on the basis of legal obligations to which RJRI is subject.

3.All personal data collected under the management of complaints will be treated with respect for the guarantees of confidentiality provided for in the legislation applicable to the protection of whistleblowers (namely, Law no. 93/2021 of 20 December) and the protection of personal data (namely, Law no. 58/2019 of 8 August and the General Data Protection Regulation).

4.If you do not wish to identify yourself, you can make the complaint anonymously by the means provided for this purpose, simply by not identifying yourself when making the complaint.

5.The data collected will be kept for the same period as reports - 5 (five) years - after which it may be deleted and/or anonymised, without prejudice to the need to keep it for a longer period due to pending legal or administrative proceedings relating to the report.

6.The personal data of the various parties involved in the complaint process will be stored confidentially and securely, taking into account the technical and organisational security measures deemed appropriate for this purpose, with access being limited to the team responsible for managing complaints. Without prejudice, they may be communicated to the competent authorities for the purposes of investigating the complaints. In addition to this communication, personal data (namely identity) may also be disclosed to other entities when there is a legal obligation to do so or by court order.

7.You can exercise your rights under the legislation (access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, portability) by writing to the following email address: apoio.cliente@grupodascasas.pt, without prejudice to the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (www.cnpd.pt). Without prejudice, we would like to point out that some of these rights may be limited due to the need to protect those involved and in the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences.
